The Dermaplane Glow is a relaxing treatment which consists of a double steam cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, dermaplaning and finishing products.

Dermaplaning is a safe and straightforward manual method of removing vellus hair (peach fuzz) and surface debris from the face.
Dermaplaning involves the use of a medical-grade surgical blade in short strokes at a 45 degree angle across the skin to remove the surface layer of dead skin cells, vellus hair and debris.
Dermaplaning is non-invasive and pain free.

The Dermaplane Glow will rejuvenate a tired and dull complexion . You will leave with exfoliated, smooth and glowing skin.
This treatment can help with reducing the appearance of minor acne scarring or fine lines, but treatments such as microneedling may be a better option if the above concerns are more severe.

The Dermaplane Glow has 6 steps:
Thorough double steam cleanse of your skin to remove any makeup and to prep the skin.
Enzyme exfoliation to help loosen dead skin cells.
Dermaplane to remove vellus hair, dead skin cells and boost the efficacy of the skincare products in the next steps.

The Dermaplane Glow is appropriate for most skin types, but if you have highly sensitive skin or active acne then this treatment is not suitable.

Side effects may include mild redness in the hours after treatment. During your treatment, we will use deeply hydrating products including a custom face mask to combat any dryness.

A single treatment is all you will need to see results.
The treatment will remove all the peach fuzz, or vellus hair, in the treatment area along with approximately 21 days of dead skin cells.
Skin is constantly renewing itself and it takes about 4 weeks for the outer layer of skin to be completely replaced so it is advised to allow a month between treatments.
The vellus hair will regrow, the treatment doesn’t permanently remove those hairs. Vellus hair will not grow back thicker or darker.

The Dermaplane Glow is suitable for pregnant people, but we ask that you wait until after your first trimester to have this facial. Additionally, we don’t recommend having dermaplaning for the first time during pregnancy, as your skin can be more sensitive.
This treatment is safe if you are breastfeeding.

No, peach fuzz, or vellus hair, doesn’t regrow thicker or darker following dermaplaning.

Not sure what to book? Leave it to us to formulate a bespoke treatment according to your skin needs/concerns. After an initial consultation, we will use the time to provide a completely bespoke facial treatment.
Our custom facial treatment will always include a double cleanse (with or without steam), facial mask, exfoliation, and finishing products (serums, moisturiser and SPF). It will also include a combination of; enzyme treatment, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, facial massage, lymphatic drainage, oxygen infusion/Carboxytherapy, firming peptide treatment, chemical peels, manual/ultrasonic extractions and EGF skin booster.

It depends on what your skin needs at the time. There are 4 treatment steps which are always included which are:

The wonderful thing about the bespoke option, is that it is suitable for everyone. Each treatment step is carefully chosen for you and your skins requirements.

You may experience some post-treatment redness or some tingling during any chemical peel/enzyme treatments. These are usually mild and short-lived.

You will see results immediately after one treatment, but we do suggest monthly treatments if possible, particularly if you are looking to address particular skin concerns such as acne, rosacea or ageing.
