TREATMENT AVAILABILITY

All of our appointments are booked online and you can see all our treatment availability. If you have any questions about booking, our FAQ at the end of this page is a good place to look.

For all those commons questions about booking an appointment, we’ve put together this FAQ. If you can’t find the answer you need here, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

BOOKING FAQ

  • At the moment we don’t offer any appointments to anyone under the age of 18.

  • All of our appointments are booked online, we do not take bookings over the phone.

  • You can book appointments up to 90 days in advance.

  • When you book an appointment, an appointment confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking.

    The confirmation email will be from The Happy Glow.

    If you are unable to find it, please email us at hello@thehappyglow.co.uk and we will be able to help.

  • After you have booked your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.

    If you click the ‘change/cancel appointment’ button in the confirmation email, you can rearrange your appointment.

    Fees

    • If you rearrange more than 48 hours before the start time of your appointment, there is no fee to pay.

    • If you rearrange within 48 hours of the start time of your appointment, you will be charged £50 in accordance with the booking policy.

  • After you have booked your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.

    If you click the ‘Change/cancel appointment’ button in the confirmation email, you can cancel your appointment.

    Fees

    • If you cancel within 48 hours of the start time of your appointment, you will be charged £50 in accordance with the booking policy.

  • On the appointment availability screen above:

    1. Click ‘Redeem Coupon or Package’ button.

    2. Enter the code from your gift card.

    3. Click ‘Apply’.

    4. If the code is accepted, you will see a green tick.

    5. If the code is not valid, you will see an error message.

  • On the appointment availability screen above:

    1. Click ‘Redeem Coupon or Package’ button.

    2. Enter the code from your treatment package.

    3. Click ‘Apply’.

    4. If the code is accepted, the remaining treatments you have and the expiry date of the package will be displayed.

    5. Select your treatment within your package (e.g., if you have a Deluxe Hydrafacial package, you will only be able to book a Deluxe Hydrafacial treatment).

    6. The price should be crossed out and show as £0.00.

    7. Click book and provide the remaining details.

    If you are having any problems with entering your code, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

  • Don’t be this person, we respect your time and in return we ask that you respect ours. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the entire booked treatment.

    We understand that plans change but it is easy to let us know so that we aren’t worried about why you didn’t attend your appointment. We may reach out to any emergency contacts, if provided during booking, to ensure you are safe.
